Pop (Folk) female leads pluck at my heartstrings, can I move past the "girl with guitar" bleary eyed school boy crush? Is this the same reason I like Tegan and Sarah and The Ting Tings? Hormonal inner school boy aside I really enjoy this album from Katie Herzig, not for her obvious good looks. But for the catchy hook on Hey Na Na. Is it wrong? Maybe. But it feels so right. Screaming cello, three part harmony, finger picked guitar. Be still my ever quickening heart.
